Well, I really think I need to write a post on this issue.. Like some kind of a clarification. hahah!! the contain of this post goes out to my 03 gang.. *kirai2* guys... I do eat!!! I cook and I eat!!! whats the matter with all of you?? How come you don't believe me at all?? aigoo~~ I never let myself starving if I want to lose some fats.. Moreover, don't you guys know that your precious leader has forbidden me from losing more weight? hahah!! or else he won't give give me a piggy-back ride!!! huhuhu!! ^^" I won't lose anymore weight I think.. I mean like on purpose.. Since I'm not an athletic person.. I don't really like exercising to be honest.. sports.. *geleng2* hahah!! But when if it turns out to be a 'game'..then count me in.. haha! oh~~ i miss netball and squash (the only 2 sports that I love!! kehkehkeh!!)
Okay.. during Ramadan.. I often eat 2 types of meals.. one is the fried ones~~ I eat that kind of food during sungkai..like the one below..
korean pancakes~ oh yeah.. hahah!! it is super-duper easy!! and save time!! I'm getting good in flipping it off.. assoy!!and the other one is soup for sahur.. I'm getting used to it.. You know.. I never really like soup that much before.. like if a person treats me to a 'soto' restaurant.. I'll be like.."ohhh~~ okay.." instead of.. "yeay!! soto!!" cause I know soto if one of Bruneians' fav dish of all time.. and I'm totally excluded.. hahah! even 'tom yam kung'..heheh..and and and.. if I'm eating it not in a restaurant~i mean the soto ~ for example open houses during the raya celebration.. where there will be soto on some menus.. these are what I usually do:
-take the white mee more than the yellow one
-take all the small ingredients that go along the soto (such as egg, onions, green onions etc..)
-pour the soup just right before it covers the whole thing.. (which people think its odd.. cause since it is soto.. you expect the soup to be a lot! hahah! oh well, thats just me..)
-eat it. if the soup doesn't taste that well, i'll squeeze some 'limau kasturi' juice (not sure whats in english.. I don't think its lime cause it is much more smaller than regular lime..) and kicap manis.. :p other than that.. such as 'lada brunei' or 'lada perindu' etc etc etc.. the answer to those is no thanks! hahah!
I don't think its that weird meh~ don't you think so? heheh
this is what you called 'sujebi' in korea.. it is emm.. hand-torn noodles soup I think.. the highlight of this dish is the hand-torn noodles that you need to make the dough yourself .. other than that.. you can just put anything that you like.. in my case, I like to put potatoes, radish, onion and green onions.. maybe some beef (if rajin nunggu beef yg baku atu.. :P) and you just need to make a good stock for it.. thats all.. ! :)need to continue my sleep.. i'm such a sleeping beauty right now.. aarrgghhh~ I'm so gonna be dead tomorrow.. the class will be starting!!! jiayou!
salam.
